Returns
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to let us know you are returning an item. You must ship the item back to us immediately after we approve your return. Once the item is received and confirmed to be in the same condition as shipped, we will issue your refund. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If more than 48 hours have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

You have 5 days to initiate the return shipment of an item. Should you not ship the item out within 5 days of return initiation you will be notified that your return request is cancelled and your order will be archived. In these circumstances the sale is final and a refund will not be given.

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Return requests of larger items (furniture, large lighting, large art) that were delivered curbside by third party shipping providers will be accepted, however you will be responsible for the cost of initial and return packing and shipping.

Only regular priced items may be returned or refunded, unfortunately sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Sale items will be clearly marked as final sale.

There are certain situations where partial refunds may be granted (if applicable). These situations are reviewed on a case by case basis. Examples include: Any item that may be damaged for reasons not due to our error, an item from a multi-item order arrives broken, or items that are returned more than 48 hours after delivery due to exceptional circumstances.

If you have received a damaged item please finish opening and inspecting the package then email us:
* your order number
* a description of the damage (if multiple item order, please explain what is and is not damaged
* photos of the package and damaged item(s)

Once we receive this information we will review the eligibility of your return request. You must hold on to the entire package contents (including all packing materials and shipping carton) until you hear from us regarding the approval or rejection of your return and refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your returned items, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will inspect the item upon receipt and notify you of the amount that will be refunded. 

Each returned item must be received in original condition. We reserve the right to deduct for any damage that may have occurred not related to transportation. A refund of the purchase amount, less any charges for which you are responsible, will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please note that refunds may take a few days to process. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank or credit card account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@edgebrookhouse.com

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you'd like to exchange an item you've ordered from us for something else on our website, please email us at info@edgebrookhouse.com. As the majority of our items are unique, it is unlikely we can exchange your item for an identical item. However, we are happy to credit your refund toward the purchase of another item in our store.

You will be responsible for safely packing the item(s) and paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive an exchange, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item or receive it undamaged.

Cancelling an Order
Prior to shipping, local pickup or delivery, buyers may cancel an order for any reason. Please notify us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel an order, as prompt cancellation will reduce the likelihood that you will incur return shipping charges and restocking fees. Once shipping has been initiated, the cancellation will be considered a return, and you will be responsible for safely packaging and shipping the returned item. To initiate a cancellation please contact us immediately at info@edgebrookhouse.com. Be sure to forward your order information.

If you decide to cancel the order at pick up, you or your agent must reject the item at the time of pickup; you must not take the item with you.

If you decide to cancel an order at the time of curbside delivery you must not take the item with you or accept delivery. You will be responsible for the full cost of initial and return packing and shipping. Please contact info@edgebrookhouse.com to let us know you did not accept the item and you would like to initiate a return.
